A1: Yes, our professional engineers will make the setting according to your requirements. 

Q2. Can I have the all in one LED solar street light product without the sensor?

A2: Yes, All the LED solar street lights in all wattage can be made without the sensor, we will set timer-control for the lamps.

Q3. Can I use the all in one LED solar street light product on the islands? 

A3: Yes, they are Anti-Tyhpoon/hurricane design with anti-rust treatment, which can be used in harsh environments such as islands, coasts, and lakeside. 

Q4. Can I have a sample order for the all in one LED solar street light product? 

A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q5. What about the lead time? A5:We could send sample for you within 7 working days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 200pcs.

A7: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample orders. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is preferable for bulk order.

A8: Firstly, Let us know the mode number and the quantity you want to order or tell us your requirements on the all in one LED solar street light. Secondly, We will quote accordingly.Thirdly, a proforma invoice(PI) will be sent to you after you confirm the item and quantity so you can arrange the payment. Fourthly, We arrange the production and make shipment.

Q10: How to deal with the faulty? 

A10: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights or parts with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
